QUEZON CITY, Philippines – Imelda Papin has shown her musical artistry with a profound dedication to public service.

Last month, the Jukebox Queen demonstrated the potent synergy of entertainment and outreach, offering a harmonious vision of positive change for the country.

Amid national anxieties surrounding government corruption, Papin’s initiatives are resonating as beacons of hope.

Her “Isang Linggong Pag-ibig Caravan Singing Contest” brought a much-needed respite to the Holy Spirit community in Quezon City.

More than just a competition, the event fostered community engagement and offered solace through the unifying power of music.

A week later, on Sept. 28, Papin unveiled her latest composition, “Pilipino Tayo” (We Are Filipino), a stirring anthem poised to ignite national pride and inspire society’s healing.

The intimate launch event, attended by dignitaries, religious leaders, government officials, and members of the KAPPT, underscored the song’s potential to resonate across diverse sectors.

Largely penned by Papin following a community service trip to Lucena City, “Pilipino Tayo” is a heartfelt ode to Filipino heritage, imbued with a desire for ethical leadership and a future rooted in faith.

The song’s message will be amplified through the upcoming “Pilipino Ako Caravan,” slated to be launched on the last Sunday of the month.

Through this ambitious initiative, Papin aims to inspire Filipinos to embrace their identity, lead with integrity, and harness the transformative power of music to pave the way toward a brighter future.

Her efforts exemplify the powerful impact of combining artistic expression with public service, leaving a lasting impression on communities throughout the Philippines.
