MANILA, Philippines – In response to the ongoing and dynamic security situation in parts of the Middle East, Cebu Pacific (CEB) is taking proactive measures to ensure the safety and well-being of its passengers, crew, and ground team.

The airline has announced additional flight cancellations for March 3, 2026, impacting its Manila-Dubai route.

  • 5J 14/15: Manila – Dubai – Manila

Flexible Options for Affected Passengers

To accommodate passengers with upcoming travel plans to and from impacted destinations, CEB is offering flexible rebooking and Travel Fund conversion options for the following flights:

  • Dubai: March 1-8, 2026
  • Riyadh: March 1-9, 2026

Passengers can easily avail themselves of these options via the Manage Booking portal on the CEB website (https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking), up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.
