The airline secured Silver honors at the 2025 BusinessWorld Best Places to Work Awards, solidifying its position as a leader in employee engagement and workplace culture.

The airline distinguished itself by earning two Silver awards: one for overall performance and another recognizing exceptional results in fostering inclusion, supporting employees with disabilities, promoting age diversity, and prioritizing employee well-being. Cebu Pacific was the “only” local carrier recognized in this year’s competitive field.
