MANILA, Philippines – Flag carrier Philippine Airlines (PAL) has secured the coveted title of Asia-Pacific’s most punctual airline for the fourth consecutive month, achieving an impressive 84.67% On-Time Performance (OTP) rating in November 2025.

The recognition comes from Cirium, a respected London-based aviation analytics firm that provides industry-leading punctuality reporting.

Cirium’s data, which tracks airlines and airports globally, confirms PAL’s consistent operational excellence.

The airline’s OTP ratings from August through November showcase its commitment to reliable service, with scores of 89.37% in August, 90.47% in September, and 86.37% in October.

Cirium defines on-time performance as arriving at the gate within 15 minutes of the scheduled arrival time. This metric is crucial for both passenger satisfaction and airline efficiency, reflecting the importance of adhering to airport slot times and delivering a seamless travel experience.

Beyond this recent streak, PAL has consistently demonstrated its dedication to punctuality, also claiming the top spot in April 2025, second place in January 2025, and third place in March 2025.

This commitment to excellence extends beyond on-time performance. PAL also holds a prestigious APEX Four Star rating from the Airline Passenger Experience Association, a testament to its dedication to providing a superior travel experience based on verified passenger feedback.
