Manila, Philippines – Cebu Pacific (CEB) is announcing the final phase of its turboprop aircraft operations transfer from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2 to Clark International Airport (CRK), effective March 29, 2026.

This move, mandated by the Department of Transportation’s Manila Slot Coordination Committee (MSCC), aims to alleviate congestion at NAIA and optimize air traffic flow.

“This strategic relocation to Clark International Airport allows us to support the government’s efforts to decongest NAIA while continuing to serve our passengers efficiently,” stated Carmina Reyes-Romero, spokesperson for Cebu Pacific. “We are committed to ensuring a smooth transition for our passengers and providing them with convenient travel options.”

The following Cebgo (DG) and AirSwift (T6) flights will be affected by the transfer:

The MSCC, composed of representatives from the DOTr, Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA), Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB), and NAIA operator New NAIA Infrastructure Corp.
