Genocide, Impunity, Global Outrage — The World Demands Justice for Palestine

DOHA, QATAR — Qatar’s Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani delivered a verdict no one can ignore: Israel’s campaign in Gaza is genocidal. Those responsible are war criminals — and no claim, no pretext, no political posturing can justify it.

He acknowledged the October 7, 2023, attacks were a massacre deserving condemnation — but said Israel’s response has been lawless, excessive, and morally bankrupt.

“Hospitals targeted. Schools struck. Whatever the arguments — nothing justifies this,” he stated.

The so-called ceasefire of October 2025 has been a fraud. More than 1,400 Palestinians have been killed since it took effect. Nearly 70 percent of Gaza has been reoccupied — sealed off, seized, denied.

“They never intended peace,” Sheikh Mohammed said. “Their actions prove it.”

Even diplomacy itself has come under fire. In 2025, Israel struck Doha — bombing a meeting where peace was being negotiated.

“We were attacked while mediating,” he said. “Unprecedented. No conflict in history has seen a mediator targeted this way.”

Prime Minister Netanyahu, he added, “has crossed every line — again and again.”

Qatar will not step back. He outlined three non-negotiable pillars for true regional stability:

  • Iran’s right to peaceful nuclear energy recognized; sanctions lifted
  • Strait of Hormuz open to all under international law
  • Iran and Gulf states bound by non-aggression, non-interference, shared prosperity

Diplomacy continues — but it cannot succeed without accountability.

Brunei To The UN – Justice Delayed Is Justice Denied

Before the 81st United Nations General Assembly, Brunei’s Foreign Minister Prince Abdul Mateen spoke for the millions whose voices are unheard: Palestine’s agony is not regional — it is the world’s moral test.

“They cannot be asked to wait indefinitely for rights that already belong to them,” he told global leaders. International law cannot be one-sided — it protects all, or it protects none.

In Gaza: families erased, children buried alive, medics killed saving lives, aid workers targeted, UN staff struck down. This is not war — it is the systematic erasure of a people.

In the West Bank: settlement expansion devours land. Settler violence drives families out. Ambulances are delayed at checkpoints. Schools are shuttered. Life itself is made unlivable.

“This suffering cannot become normal,” Prince Abdul Mateen warned. “Without justice for Palestine, there is no lasting peace — anywhere.”

ICRC On The Ground – Law Is Not Optional

From the occupied territories, the International Committee of the Red Cross issues urgent, unvarnished truth: daily life across the West Bank has collapsed. Dozens have been killed. Hundreds have been displaced. Homes have been destroyed. Patients cannot reach care. Children are locked out of schools. Ambulances are held for hours — every delay a potential death sentence.

“The persistent, severe violence must stop now,” stated ICRC chief Julien Lerisson. “Authorities are duty-bound to protect civilians — including from settler violence. International humanitarian law is not optional.”

As the occupying power, Israel bears binding legal duties: protect all civilians, halt settlement expansion, restore civil life. It has done none.

The Consensus – Impunity Is The Real Obstacle

Three authoritative voices — from diplomacy, from the highest global forum, from humanitarian frontlines — converge on one inescapable truth:

  • The killing must end
  • Occupation must end
  • Settlements must be dismantled
  • Palestine must be recognized — 1967 borders, East Jerusalem as capital
  • Every crime must face accountability

For decades, delay has been the default. Process replaced principle. Diplomatic courtesy replaced justice. But the world is no longer silent.

Palestine has chosen freedom. The world has spoken condemnation. Now the powerful must choose: stand with the oppressed — or stand against humanity.
