PASAY CITY, Philippines – Philippine Airlines (PAL) and Philippine National Bank (PNB) have renewed their strategic alliance, injecting fresh value into the Mabuhay Miles program and promising cardholders an elevated travel and lifestyle experience.

The revitalized partnership, formalized at a signing ceremony held at the Lucio K. Tan Jr. Center, unlocks a wider array of benefits for loyal customers.

Led by LT Group Inc. and PAL Holdings Inc. President and COO Lucio C. Tan III, PAL President Richard Nuttall, and PNB President and CEO Edwin Bautista, the signing of the agreement underscores a commitment to rewarding customer loyalty.

The cornerstone of the enhanced program lies in the amplified conversion options for PAL-PNB Mabuhay Miles credit, debit, and prepaid cardholders.

Reward points can now be transformed into Mabuhay Miles, opening doors to coveted flight redemptions, cabin upgrades, and a suite of exclusive travel privileges.

“This partnership celebrates the value our customers bring by ensuring their loyalty is rewarded in meaningful and exciting ways,” said Tan.

“When strong brands come together, the possibilities are endless. Together, we amplify our strengths and elevate the experiences we offer. This synergy not only enhances benefits for our customers but also sets new standards for innovation and excellence in the industry.”

Nuttall echoed the sentiment, stressing the airline’s dedication to enhancing the passenger journey.

“The renewal of our partnership with PNB reflects our continuous pursuit to strengthen relationships that enhance the travel experience of our customers,” he said.

“Together, we are expanding opportunities for our passengers to enjoy the benefits of the Mabuhay Miles program on the ground and in the air,” he added.

On the other hand, Bautista highlighted the deeper significance of the collaboration.

“This partnership goes beyond our logos. It’s about giving our customers experiences that truly matter – whether they’re managing their finances or traveling the world.”

The partnership signals a significant investment in customer loyalty, offering a compelling value proposition for travelers and solidifying the positions of both PAL and PNB as leaders in their respective industries.
