Cebu Pacific to Launch Direct Clark-Hanoi Flights with P1 Fare Promo

CLARK, Philippines – Cebu Pacific (PSE: CEB), the Philippines’ largest airline, is set to enhance connectivity between northern and central Luzon and Vietnam with the launch of its inaugural direct service between Clark International Airport (CRK) and Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport (HAN). The new route promises to provide travelers with more affordable and convenient options between the two countries.

Flights are scheduled to commence on May 2, 2024, operating three times weekly. Departures from Clark to Hanoi will be every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, while return flights from Hanoi to Clark will operate every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.

“Launching direct flights from Clark to Hanoi is an exciting milestone for Cebu Pacific as we continue to strengthen Clark as a hub,” stated Xander Lao, Cebu Pacific President and Chief Commercial Officer. “This route enhances travel options from Clark, allowing passengers from northern and central Luzon to reach Hanoi more easily.”

To celebrate the launch, Cebu Pacific is offering a limited-time “Piso Fare” promotion, allowing passengers to book flights from Clark to Hanoi for as low as PHP 1 one-way base fare (excluding fees and surcharges). The booking period for this promotion runs from January 28 to February 1, 2024, for travel between May 2, 2024, and October 31, 2026.

Hanoi will become the fifth international destination served from Cebu Pacific’s Clark hub, joining existing routes to Bangkok, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Singapore. The new service also expands CEB’s network to Vietnam, complementing its current direct flights from Manila to Da Nang, Hanoi, and Ho Chi Minh City, as well as direct flights from Cebu to Ho Chi Minh City. This brings CEB’s total routes to Vietnam to five.

Travelers arriving in Hanoi will have the opportunity to explore the city’s vibrant Old Quarter, renowned for its historic streets and authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The city also serves as a convenient gateway to popular tourist destinations such as Halong Bay and Ninh Binh, famous for their stunning limestone formations and picturesque landscapes.
