MANILA, Philippines – Philippine Airlines (PAL) has secured the coveted second position among Southeast Asia’s most preferred airlines, according to the 2025 Flyers’ Choice Awards.

The award, a prestigious recognition from AirlineRatings.com, is determined by aviation experts and passenger votes, underscoring the airline’s commitment to excellent service and customer satisfaction.

AirlineRatings.com is a global authority on airline safety and product ratings that reviews over 385 airlines. It opened its voting to travelers on April 3.

The Flyers’ Choice Awards are known for providing insights into passenger preferences and rank airlines by region and categories such as Best Cabin Crew, Best Uniform, and Greatest Peace of Mind.

Earlier this year, the airline was recognized as the Best Travel Brand in the Philippines and ranked second best in Southeast Asia by Campaign Asia-Pacific’s Southeast Asia’s Top 50 Brands.

In April, a Cirium report placed PAL among the Top 10 Best Asia Pacific Airlines and cited it as the most punctual airline in the region, boasting an impressive 86.07 percent on-time performance rate.
