MANILA, Philippines – Cebu Pacific (PSE: CEB) is set to launch a direct service between Manila and Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on March 1, 2026, offering a significant boost to Filipino migrant workers (OFWs) seeking affordable and convenient travel options.

The new route, operating four times weekly, promises to dramatically reduce travel costs and facilitate easier reunions with loved ones.

The strategic expansion marks Riyadh as Cebu Pacific’s fourth long-haul destination, joining Dubai, Sydney, and Melbourne.

The airline projects savings of up to 57% on round-trip fares compared to existing travel options, making travel between the Philippines and Saudi Arabia significantly more accessible.

“Our OFWs in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East make tremendous sacrifices to support their families and contribute to the Philippine economy. Launching our Manila–Riyadh service is one way we honor their hard work, making it easier and more affordable for them to fly home,” said Xander Lao, Cebu Pacific president and chief commercial officer.

“We remain committed to providing reliable and accessible connections for Filipinos wherever they may be in the world.”

Introductory Seat Sale and Fare Bundles

To celebrate the launch, Cebu Pacific is offering a limited-time seat sale from Dec. 9-13, with one-way base fares as low as P1 (exclusive of surcharges and fees) for travel between March 1 and Oct. 28, 2026.

Passengers can also take advantage of discounted Fare Bundles from Dec. 9-31, which include seat selection, meals, and baggage allowance.

Expanding Horizons:

Beyond serving the OFW community, the new route also opens doors for Filipino travelers to explore the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s burgeoning tourism sector, encompassing cultural attractions and modern urban destinations.

“This is fantastic news for our OFWs,” spokesperson Carmina Reyes-Romero said, echoing the sentiment of countless families looking forward to easier and more affordable travel options.

Flights can be booked now at cebupacificair.com using existing Travel Funds, credit/debit cards, and e-wallets. Cebu Pacific currently operates across 37 domestic and 27 international destinations in Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.
